Pomo's daughter Rella gave birth to 9 healthy puppies last night at Rella's own home. Delivery was easy and took less than 4 hours. Rella and puppies are doing fine. More info at puppies page. Congrats for Rella's owners, well done Rella and Aslak.

Very hot, +30C, show day in Pieksämäki. Bella did Very Good in her first show ever. Reetu did Very Good and both Betti and Aslak did EXCellently, congrats. I picked up Doris from mating trip back to home. Matings went well, hopefully we'll have little TS puppies in August, more info here. Thank you so much Silja from kennel Vanessan that Doris has such a gorgeous mate Vallu and thanks for taking good care of Doris. Fingers crossed now.

Manta's puppies DNA results arrived and despite golden male also one male and one female are Hani's puppies and rest 10 are Lamppu's. Puppies will have their reg names starting Fhanin and Flampun according to their fathers and rest of their names are according to the songs from Finnish band YÖ, which I love so much. Manta's puppies got microchips today and DNA samples were taken. Very interesting trip with 13 puppies to the vet.

Iita's D-litter today 8 weeks old. Moscu, Urpo, Duke and Masi left to their new homes. Others will leave little by little before June. Good luck everyone.

Iita's D-litter had veterinary check today and all are healthy and testicles have dropped down. DNA-test result has come and registration can be finished now. Manta's puppies are learning to walk and eyes are open, new photos here.

Manta delivered 12 puppies yesterday and after 15 hours brake, she delivered one more puppy, the one and only Golden amongst Black&Tans. All the puppies are good sized, full of energy and started nursing immediately. More info about Manta's puppies here. Thanks for the help taking care of the gang during Manta's delivery.

We have had lots of future puppy owners and others visitors recently and all have been amazed how friendly and calm my gang is. Also the fact how nicely Iita has behaved has made a big impact. Iita just goes to sleep when people come to see and cuddle her puppies.
